Job summary

Tech-Marine Business is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst in Washington, DC to provide analytical support and generate reports for government and contractor leadership.

The role involves data collection, validation, and visualization creation using Power BI and Power Automate to improve decision making and workflow efficiency. 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship with a security mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with data analysis and program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• U.S. citizenship and security clearance desired.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support program decisions.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support data quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain program databases, trackers, and management reports.
• Present analytical findings to project teams and leadership.
• Develop supporting documentation for program reviews and meetings.
• Assist in automating reports and workflow processes using Power Automate.
