Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into meaningful insights for the United States Marine Corps. You will collaborate with Marines to understand questions, then explore data-rich environments to inform strategic engagements, process improvement, visualization, and analysis.

You will design dashboards, build data models, and develop KPIs while supporting senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience with Python including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT.
• Ability to brief senior leaders.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time.
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support client and stakeholder relationships using data and analytics.
• Identify, connect, and consolidate data from multiple sources across communication functions.
• Build data pipelines and connectors to automate data ingestion using Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of communication data to identify trends and gaps.
• Translate goals into measurable KPIs across outputs, outtakes, outcomes, and impact.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting with Power Platform tools.
• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models for senior leaders.
• Develop recurring and on-demand visual products like trend charts and heat maps.
