Job summary

Nominal in Los Angeles seeks a student engineer to help build cutting-edge data infrastructure for high-frequency, multi-modal hardware data and collaborate with customers to accelerate testing and validation of complex hardware systems.

You must be on track to graduate by Summer 2027 and meet ITAR requirements for U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency. This role provides hands-on learning and access to an in-office hardware lab with a project stipend.

Qualifications

• On track to graduate by Summer 2027 or sooner with strong core engineering skills.
• Applicants must meet ITAR requirements for U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
• Experience with data infrastructure, software engineering, hardware-software integration is preferred.
