Job summary

Clutch Canada is looking for a Software Engineer to enhance its AI team's data collection processes. This position involves integrating high-quality audio data into our infrastructure and collaborating with scientists to improve data quality at scale. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software development, familiarity with cloud environments (GCP), and expertise in Docker. This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000–$200,000 plus bonuses and equity, amidst a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and integrate them into our ingestion pipeline.
• Operate and extend cloud infrastructure for ingestion pipeline on GCP.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality and scale.
