Job Overview

The Data/Information Management Analyst is a developing professional role that handles most problems independently and has latitude to solve complex issues. The analyst handles variable issues that can impact business outcomes, applies professional judgment when interpreting results, and communicates findings clearly and diplomatically. Moderate direct impact is exercised through close contact with core business activities, affecting the quality and timeliness of services delivered to the team and related groups.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data activities, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture/design engineering.
• Perform routine operational or administrative work and document procedures.
• Prepare analyses and reports on a day‑to‑day basis, following defined procedures.
• Receive thorough review of work by senior incumbents and maintain limited external contact.
• Deliver routine outputs daily while developing a broader understanding of the work context.
• Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrate responsibility for the firm’s reputation, comply with laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policy, and use ethical judgment in personal and business conduct. Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
