Schedule
Full-time, Monday‑Friday 8:00/8:30am‑5:00pm with flexibility for lunch break.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging, audience‑specific content to drive engagement through digital media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and others.
- Maintain and update website content and functionality.
- Design a wide variety of marketing and branding materials related to Youth Development and Youth & Family Services programs.
- Create social graphics, web graphics, and other digital materials.
- Coordinate and execute photography needs for the organization.
- Capture video footage through interviews and b‑roll footage and produce high‑quality videos.
- Ensure consistency with the Club’s brand standards.
- Collaboratively draft content for marketing and design materials and bring comprehensive marketing plans to life through design.
- Create fundraising‑related designs for reports, donor materials, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns.
- Provide design support for third‑party events and fundraisers.
- Assist with special event preparation and execution.

- Starting pay of $19.75–$25.50 per hour, depending upon experience.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or design experience.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of how to build, maintain, and manage WordPress websites.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
