Formación

• Experience using a Digital Asset Management System is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of digital A/V file formats (e.g., wav, Pro Tools, ProRes/QuickTime).
• Familiarity with delivery systems (Aspera Faspex/On Cloud) and FTP is a plus.
• Comfort with MAC and Windows operating systems and general networks.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the upload and download of digital assets.
• Oversee on-prem and cloud storage repositories.
• Assign taxonomy and metadata to assets.
• Maintain file naming conventions and folder structures.
• Educate and promote use of the DAM system.
• Support urgent, time-sensitive requests.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The shift for this role is 6PM-2:30AM

Responsbilities:

• Facilitate the upload and download of digital assets

• Oversee on-prem and cloud storage repositories

• Assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets

• Maintain file naming conventions and Universal Folder structure protocols

• Educate, train, and promote the use of the digital asset management system

• Support critical and time sensitive requests

• Perform general administration duties as needed

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year experience with a Digital Asset Management System preferred

• Must be highly computer literate, displaying proficiency in MS Office

• Knowledge of digital A/V file formats (wav, Pro Tools, ProRes/Quicktime)

• General computer and network knowledge, database understanding a plus

• General understanding of delivery ststems (eg; Aspera Faspex, Aspera on Cloud), FTP

• High level of computer competency for MAC and Windows operating systems

• Must be self-motivated, organized and self-managed

• Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment, Attention to detail, organization, and great follow-up skills essential

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with associates at all levels

• Must be able to respond to urgent requests in a positive and professional manner

Hourly rate range: $27.50-$30.50
