Iyuno in Burbank, CA is seeking a Data I/O Operator to manage the upload/download of digital assets, oversee on-prem and cloud repositories, and ensure proper taxonomy and metadata tagging. You will maintain naming conventions and universal folder structures while educating teams on the DAM system.

This role supports time-sensitive requests, performs general admin duties, and collaborates across departments.

Formación

• 1 year experience with a Digital Asset Management System preferred.
• Must be highly computer literate, displaying proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of digital A/V file formats (wav, Pro Tools, ProRes/Quicktime).
• General computer and network knowledge, database understanding a plus.
• General understanding of delivery systems (eg; Aspera Faspex, Aspera on Cloud), FTP.
• High level of computer competency for MAC and Windows operating systems.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and self-managed.
• Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment, Attention to detail, organization, and great follow-up skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with associates at all levels.
• Must be able to respond to urgent requests in a positive and professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the upload and download of digital assets
• Oversee on-prem and cloud storage repositories
• Assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets
• Maintain file naming conventions and Universal Folder structure protocols
• Educate, train, and promote the use of the digital asset management system
• Support critical and time sensitive requests
• Perform general administration duties as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
