Job summary

RedCircle is seeking a data analyst to own end-to-end data work—from ETL pipelines to modeling and dashboards. You will partner with finance, product, and growth to unlock data-driven decisions for scaling the business in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles or Boston.

The role requires 4+ years in analytical roles and proficiency with SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouses. You will be autonomous, own projects end-to-end, and work closely with leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a highly analytical role with a deep skillset in data analytics (ETL pipelines, dbt data modeling, BI) and exposure to the full data stack including SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full stack data analyst, covering data analysis, visualization, data modeling in dbt, and ETL pipeline.
• Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and finance teams to conduct analyses that support business growth and product decision-making.
• Update and improve data pipelines and data models to ensure complete and accurate information for teammates and connected tools.
• Provide insights and tools to support company growth in collaboration with the CEO and CRO.
