Job summary

Two Circles Ltd is seeking a Director of Data & Insights to own enterprise-scale data infrastructure and translate complex data into strategic client insights. You will manage senior executive relationships, drive KPI definitions, and lead a cross-functional team across multiple offices and time zones.

The role requires deep fluency in data platforms (AWS Redshift, dbt) and strong SQL skills, with experience in data governance and CI/CD. A hybrid/intl setup supports clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning enterprise-scale data infrastructure and data modeling for real-time activation.
• Experience managing senior executive client relationships, roadmaps, and QBRs.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across multiple offices and time zones.
• Experience with data governance and CI/CD constraints.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data warehousing experience.
• Ability to connect data decisions to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end data platform architecture including AWS Redshift and dbt.
• Lead KPI definitions, client roadmap conversations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Mentor cross-functional teams spanning data governance, analytics, and marketing.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for clients' growth strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering to align architecture with activation and reporting needs.
