Rolls-Royce is seeking a Digital Governance Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks ensuring high-quality, secure data for decision-making and regulatory compliance. You will bridge business and IT to enable trusted data across the organization.

You will manage governance tools, define quality rules, and support metadata, data lineage, and business glossary development while working in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Must have experience designing and implementing data governance solutions.
• Project management experience in a data governance environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Configure and manage data governance tools (catalog, lineage, data quality).
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT to align with standards.
• Define and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and remediation workflows.
• Support metadata management, data lineage tracking, and business glossary development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate governance councils.
