You will develop materials that support regulatory-aligned governance outcomes and leadership decision-making.

You will combine program management, written communication, and analytical skills to improve how governance activities are tracked, measured, and reported. You will help ensure materials are accurate, timely, and aligned to operating expectations, including controls-focused metrics and recurring deliverables.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance governance materials for executive data governance committees, aligning content to operating objectives and regulatory expectations
  • Produce materials for enterprise governance forums, reinforcing accountability and consistent messaging

  • Produce controls-focused governance metrics, key performance indicators, and quarterly reporting, including process documentation and evidence support
  • Build presentations and executive-ready summaries for senior stakeholder and committee engagements
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor due dates, actions, and completion status for governance deliverables
  • Partner with stakeholders across lines of business and corporate functions to coordinate updates and integrate governance initiatives
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and inquiry themes to improve clarity, consistency, and responsiveness of governance communications
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, business operations, and control partners to support a unified governance approach
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across data governance programs, including process simplification and documentation uplift
  • Contribute to additional enterprise data office initiatives as needed to support broader governance priorities
