Capgemini is seeking a Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst to help lead enterprise data governance, MDM, AI readiness, and quality initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, map data, and document governance controls.

The role emphasizes data quality, metadata management, and the delivery of trusted data solutions, with a focus on regulatory and privacy considerations across Capgemini's client engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years in data governance, data quality, or analytics consulting
• Experience with enterprise data governance programs (MDM, data lineage, stewardship)
• Experience with data quality tooling and metadata management
• Knowledge of AI readiness, data sources, privacy, and security controls

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to identify needs and risks
• Analyze data with SQL, Excel, and data quality tools to identify issues
• Support data governance programs (glossaries, metadata, lineage, stewardship)
• Assist MDM programs with data mapping and validation rules
• Support AI readiness by documenting trusted data sources and governance controls
• Prepare reports, workshop notes, status updates, and presentations
• Work with senior consultants to deliver projects
