Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manager Data Management in Phoenix, AZ to guide data standards, governance, master data management, and compliance. The role partners with IT and business units to implement data initiatives that drive value and efficiency.

The position leads cross-functional teams, shapes data strategy, and oversees standardization, quality improvement, and training programs across the enterprise. Hybrid onsite 4 days/week with some remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years supporting complex IT initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years in data management, governance, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid role requiring onsite Phoenix, AZ 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and enhances data management standards, policies, and processes.
• Collaborates with IT and business units to implement standards.
• Leads data governance initiatives and training.
• Directs data cleanup and standardization projects.
