Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Data Governance to lead governance standards and a de-identification program within the Legal Department. You will drive data quality, ownership, and policy adoption across the enterprise to enable compliant analytics and research.

You will establish data governance artifacts, collaborate with Privacy, Legal, IT, and Security, and ensure alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal policies while enabling responsible data use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in data governance or related discipline.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Knowledge of data quality concepts, metadata management, and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance standards across the data lifecycle.
• Translate governance requirements into practical processes and controls for cross-functional teams.
• Establish a formal data use program with clear quality standards and workflows.
• Define data ownership and stewardship models and assign roles across business/technical teams.
• Provide regular reporting on data quality, policy adoption, and exceptions to leadership.
