Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced data governance leader to drive the transition from siloed data to Certified Data Products. You will manage the Data Marketplace, support Operational Data Councils, and guide enterprise standards across IT projects.

Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and governance optimization, with focus on delivering high-quality data products and compliant data lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• 5 years planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance initiatives across multiple domains and councils.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver data governance projects on schedule.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and present them to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage department budgets, standards, and compliance with corporate policies.
