Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Manager of Data Governance to establish and mature governance policies, standards, stewardship, and operating models across the enterprise. You will lead data quality, cataloging, and metadata practices, partnering with compliance, security, analytics and executive stakeholders to advance data maturity.

You will guide governance councils, drive cross-functional alignment, and build scalable practices to ensure trusted, compliant data for business use.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise data governance policies, standards and procedures.
• Strong ability to translate governance to practical controls, adoption plans and metrics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with business acumen.

• Lead and grow a team responsible for enterprise data governance, data quality, and stewardship.
