Job summary

Teradyne seeks a Data Governance Analyst in North Reading, MA to design, implement, and scale data governance across enterprise domains including Customer, Supplier, and Product data. You will partner with data owners and engineers to ensure data is trusted, compliant, and ready for analytics, AI, and ERP systems.

You will build governance capabilities into pipelines and catalogs while improving the operating model.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in data governance, data quality, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related data role.
Working knowledge of data governance concepts such as data ownership and stewardship, business glossaries and metadata management, and data quality dimensions and controls.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical governance solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and controls across core data domains.
Develop data quality checks, validation rules, monitoring frameworks, technical metadata, business glossaries, and lineage documentation.
Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, architects, engineers, and application teams to define business rules and ownership models.
Build and configure data governance, data quality, and catalog tools and integrate governance into data pipelines and ERP systems.
