Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced leader to run the data governance team, guiding IT projects by establishing enterprise standards, the Data Marketplace, and transitioning from siloed data to certified data products.

You will manage cross-functional programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with business partners to align data initiatives with strategic goals while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or related discipline
• Master’s degree preferred in IT, MIS or CS
• 5+ years in leadership/mentoring role

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance initiatives across 18 domains.
• Develop and monitor enterprise data standards and the Data Marketplace.
• Provide SWAT support to Operational Data Councils.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
