Job summary

You will establish policies, standards, and lifecycle controls across key domains and systems, partnering with sales, operations, technology, analytics, and product marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, data management, or related field.
• 8+ years in data management with 4+ years in governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of metadata, data quality, and stewardship.
• Ability to translate policies into practical business implementation.

Responsibilities

• Map enterprise data flows with business, tech, and analytics teams.
• Establish governance policies for quality, metadata, and lineage.
• Select and manage data governance tools to support objectives.
• Develop data quality metrics and monitor privacy compliance.
• Embed governance into platforms, APIs, and analytics use cases.
• Oversee data validation and issue remediation.
• Drive adoption through training and audits.
• Develop metrics to report governance compliance to leadership.
