Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support and manage the technology platforms, tools, and processes that enable our Data Governance program across North America.

You will be the primary technical resource for governance technologies, partnering with Security, Engineering, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive data cataloging, metadata management, MDM, privacy compliance, and data quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Data Governance or related discipline.
• Experience implementing and administering data catalog platforms.
• Experience building and operationalizing a Data Stewardship Program.
• Knowledge of Databricks Unity Catalog, Osano, and MDM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the enterprise Data Catalog with the Governance team.
• Lead metadata collection, onboarding, data classification, business glossary development, and data lineage documentation.
• Support Databricks Unity Catalog across data domains and assets.
• Partner with data owners, stewards, and engineering to improve data discoverability and governance adoption.
• Design and lead the Data Stewardship Program in alignment with catalog deployment.
• Serve as primary administrator and liaison for Osano and governance enhancements.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data quality initiatives.
• Monitor governance adoption and metrics, recommending improvements.
• Develop governance documentation and operational procedures for scalable data management.
