Kyowa Kirin North America is seeking an Associate Director of Data Governance to establish and run KKNA’s enterprise data governance program across the data lake and connected sources. You will lead the data catalog, access governance, quality management, and SOP development, partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CDMP or equivalent data-governance certification is a plus.
• Experience building/leading an enterprise data governance program.

Responsibilities

• Draft, maintain, and publish enterprise data governance SOPs.
• Own the Data Management Committee cadence, minutes, and actions.
• Document end-to-end data lineage with source-to-report mappings.
• Define and maintain Domain Data Owner model and governance policies.
• Coordinate data access governance with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.
