Job summary

IDR, Inc. seeks a Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise data governance strategy and execution in Salem, OR. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, accountability, and adoption in a regulated environment.

In this role, you will lead governance initiatives, establish stewardship frameworks, and configure Collibra to support workflows, metadata, and catalogs while enabling analytics and self-service access for users across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data governance, program/delivery controls, or related governance/quality roles.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing enterprise data governance programs.
• Hands-on Collibra implementation experience (configuration, workflow design, metadata and catalog management).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives and drive policy adoption.
• Establish and manage data stewardship frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and escalations.
• Configure and enhance Collibra to support governance workflows, metadata management, and catalogs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize governance activities and increase engagement.
• Support analytics enablement, including self-service analytics adoption and improved data accessibility.
