Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data automation and adjustment reduction initiatives. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform data analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality.
• Develop and execute project plans for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to program leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
• Contribute to designing and implementing the sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction.
