Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a data governance professional to shape and strengthen governance practices across the data lifecycle. You will enrich our data catalog, improve data classification and lineage, and maintain clear records of data owners and stewards.

You will partner with data and AI engineers to implement practical governance solutions, automate processes, and strengthen transparency and auditability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and enriching data catalogs.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL is a strong plus.
• Experience with governance principles: data quality, classification, lineage, access management, and data ownership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen data governance practices, improving data classification, quality, access, and lineage.
• Automate governance processes to make them scalable and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with data/AI engineers and business stakeholders to implement practical governance solutions.
• Strengthen end-to-end auditability and maintain transparent data records.
