Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience developing dashboards, BI apps, or data visualization solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements into analytical and visualization solutions.
• Experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau or RShiny.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data management principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and decision-support solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with business, technical, and compliance teams to translate governance requirements into scalable processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics apps with governed data access.
• Integrate dashboards with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and governance tech to expose curated data products.
• Incorporate data governance, quality, lineage, privacy, and regulatory requirements into analytics solutions.
• Build governance dashboards and monitoring to support usage policies, data quality, and metadata management.
• Create data tools for the medical safety team to act on insights across domains.
• Develop dashboard workflows enabling drill-down by product, geography, time period, and other dimensions.
• Ensure dashboards are scalable, performant, and meet accessibility standards.
• Support data quality, lineage, metadata management, and business glossary initiatives.
• Drive adoption and data literacy through training, documentation, and collaboration.
