Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will work on meaningful projects across tracks including Data Governance, AI Governance, analytics, and governance operations, mentored by managers and supported by development workshops.

The program includes a 10-week paid internship from June to August, with opportunities for both technical and non-technical track placements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in listed fields.
• Preferred experience with data governance concepts and reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise governance initiatives with data analysis, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across business projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Attend development workshops and participate in team activities.
