Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Data Exchange Analyst to ensure accurate data feeds for PBM services. You will monitor outbound feeds, assist with client data connectivity, and support data loads while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and performance.

The role requires PBM data knowledge, strong analytics, and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with PBM data elements such as eligibility, claims and formulary.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data feeds, EDI, or system integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain outbound data feeds (claims, formulary, network, eligibility).
• Set up and test data connectivity for new and existing clients.
• Support manual claims processing and data preparation tasks.
• Execute historical data loads and related data tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to troubleshoot and optimize data exchange.
