Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1+ years in PBM, healthcare data ops, or IT integration.
• Strong PBM data knowledge: eligibility, claims, formulary, network.
• Solid analytical and root-cause problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data manipulation tools preferred.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, multi-priority capable in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with data feeds, EDI, or system integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain outbound data feeds (claims, formulary, network, eligibility).
• Set up and test data connectivity for new and existing clients.
• Support manual claims processing and special claim scenarios.
• Execute historical data loads and related data prep tasks.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data transfer issues with partners.
• Monitor dashboards and data movement for anomalies and timeliness.
• Collaborate with client ops, implementation, product, and dev teams.
• Document processes and contribute to SOPs and training.
