  • Perform complex data entry and maintain accurate records within internal databases and the EMR system.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data to support tracking and analysis of organizational programs and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot EMR-related processes.
  • Train and support team members on data entry procedures and compliance.

Overview

The Data Entry Technician II is responsible for managing complex data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The role provides technical support for the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, prepares reports to track health and safety initiatives, and conducts audits to ensure data integrity. The role trains junior staff, handles escalated inquiries, drives process improvements, and supports cross-functional teams.
