Job summary

ALS is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor for our Phoenix laboratory to lead data entry operations and ensure accurate entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The role requires supervising staff, enforcing SOPs, and coordinating with Customer Service.

You will manage high-volume daily work, maintain data quality, and support testing workflows with precise record-keeping and timely reporting. Strong leadership and detail-orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data received from customers into company database.
• Supervise data entry personnel and manage hiring/performance.
• Maintain and verify data integrity, follow SOPs and departmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Lab teams for data issues and sample handling.
• Process 200+ samples daily and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
