The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong organizational and communication skills, with preference for candidates from a laboratory setting who can handle high volumes and tight turnarounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a laboratory setting preferred (7+ years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from customers into the company database.
• Supervise data entry personnel; hiring and performance management.
• Maintain data quality by verifying against source documents and procedures.
• Ensure timely processing of 200+ samples daily and coordinate with departments.
