Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily data entry operations by assigning work, balancing queues, monitoring throughput.
• Translate demand forecasts and staffing into capacity plans with AI-supported analysis.
• Establish operating rhythm with daily huddles, metrics, and follow-ups using AI summaries.
