Insight Global's client seeks a Data Entry Specialist to join their team for an initial three-month contract with potential extension. The role emphasizes accurate data entry into company systems and databases, with a focus on organization and detail.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive tasks, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work on-site in Ohio from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• On-site 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Experience in data entry/clerical roles.
• Strong typing and general computer skills.
• Ability to manage large amounts of information.

Responsabilités

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
• Identify and correct basic data discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with transferring information between documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and project information.
