Job summary

AGSE Tooling in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Data Entry & Excel Specialist. This on-site role focuses on entering, reconciling, and maintaining critical business data across multiple systems with advanced Excel skills.

You will develop and manage complex spreadsheets using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation, collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Accounting, and help ensure data accuracy and reporting for decision-making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Strong data entry, reconciliation, and attention to detail.
• ERP or business management systems experience preferred.
• On-site full-time role at Cincinnati, OH facility.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, supplier, inventory, and other data in systems and spreadsheets.
• Create, maintain, and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets with PivotTables and complex formulas.
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before entry.
• Compare and reconcile large data sets across multiple reports and systems.
• Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support reporting needs.
