Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Enugu/Nsukka is seeking a Data Entry Officer to ensure accurate entry of customer accounts, catalogs, inventory, and pricing on the Moniebook platform. You will work with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to keep data clean from day one and enable fast go-lives and reliable reporting.

You will handle data entry, validation, and documentation, collaborating with teams to resolve gaps and maintain high data quality for a scalable customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data entry or data operations in SaaS, retail tech, or fintech.
• Must have NYSC completed or exemption certificate.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy on large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM/POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record Management: input and maintain merchant data, pricing, inventory, and profiles.
• Onboarding Data Support: prepare merchant data and review templates for accuracy.
• Data Validation & QA: check for duplicates, errors, and consistency across systems.
• Process & Documentation: log activities, maintain correction history, and share learnings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support data requests within SLA and coordinate with teams.
