Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Officer in Umuahia North to maintain accurate customer accounts, product catalogs, and pricing data within the Moniebook platform.

You will work with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to ensure fast go-lives and reliable reporting, while upholding data standards and timely updates. You will manage data imports, validate templates, and support catalogue configurations, with a focus on high accuracy, quality assurance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data entry, data operations, or a similar role — preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or fintech.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy across large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record Management: Input, update, and maintain merchant data, including product catalogues, SKUs, pricing, inventory levels, and customer profiles.
• Onboarding Data Support: Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding by populating required product, inventory, and configuration data within agreed timelines.
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated records.
• Process & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data entry activities, import logs, and correction history in the CRM.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and Support teams within SLA windows.
