We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for Medical clients. This person will assist with inputting, organizing, and managing data from our client's facility portal into our CRM. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

What You'll Do

1. Accurately input data daily into computer systems or databases.
2. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them.
3. Organize and maintain data files and records electronically and in hard copy.
4. Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
5. Generate reports, charts, and documents by sorting, compiling, and processing data.
6. Retrieve and extract data from various sources as required.
7. Collaborate with team members to resolve data issues or discrepancies.
8. Follow procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality.
9. Maintain high data accuracy and integrity at all times.
10. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
