Executive Parking Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its parking management, valet operations, and administrative teams. The role will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining operational and business information. ParkEPS provides valet parking, parking management, consulting, security, and related services for hospitality, residential, commercial, and event clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer, employee, client, parking, and operational information in company systems.
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Process information from forms, reports, invoices, schedules, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make necessary corrections.
- Assist with maintaining employee schedules, staffing records, and operational documentation.
- Update client and location information as needed.
- Compile data and prepare routine reports for management.
- Assist with tracking parking operations, service activity, and administrative information.
- Coordinate with operations, management, and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain electronic documents for easy retrieval.
- Handle confidential employee, client, and business information appropriately.
- Complete assigned data-entry and administrative tasks within established deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related position preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and database systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in parking management, hospitality, property management, or a service-oriented business is a plus.
