Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for an on-site role in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will manage and analyze data related to dual-entry reservations and maintain accurate records of legacy guests.

You will cancel and modify existing reservations, bring a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and thrive in a positive, team-focused environment. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with Excel.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• High school diploma required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

A client in the hospitality industry is looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to their team. They will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to dual entry reservations, ensuring accurate tracking of legacy guests (membership holders), and canceling and modifying preexisting reservations. They are looking for someone who is very detail oriented for this position. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and value a positive team environment. This position will be fully on-site, M-F working a 9-5:30 schedule.
