Job summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is hiring a Data Entry Representative in Syracuse, NY to join the on-site Data Entry Team. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and fax, triage questions, and process contract updates with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and basic computer/typing abilities. Training begins with a four-week program on the listed start dates.

• Provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing and other administrative support.

Starting Pay Rate

Starting Pay Rate 2300 Per Hour not including shift differentials

Shift Differentials

Rapid Response acknowledges the sacrifices our Data Entry employees make when supporting our customers during all hours of the day and night as well as weekends In recognition of that commitment we are offering shift differentials for hours worked outside of standard business hours

• For hours worked between Monday Friday 601am 459pm 21 per hour standard pay rate
• For hours worked between 500pm and 900pm 050 per hour
• For hours worked between 901pm and 600am 100 per hour
• For hours worked Saturday & Sunday between midnight and 1159pm 100 per hour

• September 14 2026 800am 430pm

Responsibilities

Summary

Each day youll report to your shift on site at our Syracuse NY location in Franklin Square You will receive inbound calls from clients with inquiries as well as faxes and emails from our queue system You will triage those inquiries and help in any way you can The request may be as simple as an address change or it may be more complex like a change to a contract At all times you are working within our Data Entry Team to make sure the clients needs are met with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Associates or equivalent military experience preferred
• Attention to detail with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good communication written and verbal particularly on the phone
• Many of our positions require an extra level of screening to obtain Department of Defense security clearance
• Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements
• Data Entry experience is preferred
