Job summary

Big Sandy Community and Technical College is seeking a Data Entry & Reporting Analyst to support enrollment data management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making for the SOAR EKY Runway initiative.

The role focuses on accurate data entry, data integrity, and generating reports in Salesforce and Microsoft applications, working closely with the Workforce Solutions team to ensure grant compliance and timely stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, data analytics, information systems, or workforce development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience with data entry and database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate student enrollment data in Salesforce.
• Ensure data integrity and completeness for all participants.
• Monitor application status and enrollment records with the Project Navigator.
• Develop and generate reports using Salesforce and MS Office.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports and analyze trends for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare data for SOAR EKY Runway meetings.
