Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year related work experience.
• Ability to work with diverse customers and co-workers.
• Proficient in using a personal computer.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of driver manifest times and odometer readings.
• Clerical and administrative tasks according to contractual and legal mandates.
• Input and extract data from manifests to provide data to management and the client.
• Assist manager with accurately tracking overtime and punch hours.
• Verify and reconcile standard hours worked against timecard records.
• Assist with payroll discrepancies by investigating, validating, and resolving issues.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and verify payroll figures and computations.
• Other duties as required.
