Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Reporting Data Entry Operator to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data entry for field labor reports and work orders.

The role reports to the Manager of Customer Reporting and emphasizes high-volume data handling, policy compliance, and audit-ready filing in a construction setting. The position requires proficiency with MS Office, experience in FOMS/WMIS/CMS, and the ability to balance multiple tasks across a dynamic utility

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with FOMS/WMIS/CMS in a construction environment.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite with data accuracy.
• Understanding of the natural gas utility industry.
• Ability to manage multiple technical platforms and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily field labor reports and high-volume data entry into the Customer Reporting System.
• Manage daily retrieval and release of work orders and log completed tasks.
• Ensure data entry meets industry standards as SME on corporate policies and regulations.
• Maintain real-time material accuracy by data entry and inventory balancing.
• Generate quarterly reports on work orders and corrections for leadership insights.
• Serve as primary contact for internal staff and customer representatives to resolve issues.
• Organize secure filing systems for audit readiness and accessibility.
• Collaborate across departments and provide surge support for continuity.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership.

As a Customer Reporting Data Entry Operator you will make sure that our data is accurate, complete, and on time – every time. You will report to the Manager of Customer Reporting.

What You'll Do

• Process daily field labor reports and execute high-volume data entry for service and main installations into the Customer Reporting System
• Manage the daily retrieval and release of work orders, ensuring all completed tasks are accurately logged in tracking systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate policies and customer regulations to ensure all data entry meets strict industry standards
• Perform data entry to relieve and balance inventory levels within the reporting system, maintaining real-time material accuracy
• Generate comprehensive quarterly reports on completed work orders and corrections to provide leadership with actionable operational insights
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal staff and customer representatives to facilitate communication and resolve technical or reporting issues
• Organize and maintain secure electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure audit readiness and information accessibility
• Engage in cross-departmental training and provide surge support to other teams to maintain seamless business continuity
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional experience utilizing Field Operations (FOMS), Work Management (WMIS), or Customer Management Systems (CMS) within a construction environment
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite with a demonstrated ability to master new technologies and ensure high-level data accuracy
• Practical understanding of, or experience within, the natural gas utility industry
• Proven ability to manage complex organizational tasks and navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
