Centuri is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Minnesota to supervise warehouse teams, manage inventory of gas fittings and materials, and ensure field crews have what they need to complete projects.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with field crews, and oversee procurement and receipt of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards across an outdoor construction yard and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of managing a team with proven ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Proficient skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $87,000.00

As a Warehouse Manager, you are accountable for the supervision of Warehouse teams, inventory materials, tools, supplies and ultimately responsible for ensuring field crews have what they need.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a typical warehouse environment and an outdoor construction yard
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Minnesota to conduct inventory audits, warehouse assessments, and field training activities
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds

Legal Stuff

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
