Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our Chargeback, ADM, and Refund teams with accurate data and smooth operations. You will collaborate across the business and with airlines, merchants, suppliers, and customers to keep processes running efficiently.

This role focuses on data entry and operational support initially, with growth opportunities in process improvement, automation, reporting, and analytics, turning manual work into smarter

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Travel agency or airline industry experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases.
• Verify information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
