Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) seeks a Data Entry/Mail Supervisor to oversee posting of billing charges, remittance advices, EFT reconciliation, and daily deposits.
Responsibilities include mail processing, researching posting errors, End of Day/End of Month reporting, and maintaining paper and electronic documents in eClinical Works.
Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, 2 years related experience, and 12–18 months of related management experience.
The Data Entry/Mail Supervisor performs various procedures associated with the posting of special billing charges, payment and adjustment posting, researching of all EOB's to ensure accurate posting; posting of electronic remittance advices, daily reconciliation of direct deposits from the insurance carrier, and daily balancing of the eClinical Works database.
