Job summary

HireOps in Albuquerque, NM seeks a customer service specialist for health-care inquiries. You will research and respond to telephone and written inquiries promptly, accurately, and objectively. Training is 8 weeks onsite before eligibility for remote work.

Initially, work hours are 8:00–4:30 MT with no exceptions; after training, you may Work from Home while maintaining production and quality standards. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (education verification is not required).
• 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
• Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Job description

Remote after training. Fully onsite to start/training for 8 weeks, workers are allowed to Work from Home, but it wouldn’t be until after they complete all 8 weeks of initial training and would need to keep up with production and quality standards to keep qualified to Work from Home. Otherwise they will be required to work fully onsite.

Pay $17.80/hour

Bonus structure !! - Paid Holidays, PTO and Medical Benefits. 8 weeks paid training period.

• Basic computer skills test required w/ results posted on resumes
• Navigation in Outlook, computer general, toggling is a big one
• Hours are 8:00-4:30 MT, No exceptions to this schedule
