Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into company software and databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Update customer and project information as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
• Scan, upload, and index documents.
• Answer phones and provide administrative support when needed.
• Assist with field operations as needed, including transporting materials, organizing job sites, and supporting crews with various tasks.
• Perform occasional outdoor work and manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment or materials.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other clerical, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
