Ready Contractors, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Administrator to join our remote team in a full-time role.

The position focuses on maintaining accurate records and supporting operations from a home-based setup, with requirement to be based in Houston, Texas. You will input project data, client details, invoices, and timesheets; review data for errors; generate reports; and uphold data confidentiality per policy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data, including project information, client details, supplier invoices, and timesheets, into the company database.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure data integrity.
• Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference.
• Generate reports and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required.
